Data Consultant for Life Science & Pharma Industry - Copenhagen

DAQUMA is a Technology and Data solution provider that helps life science companies succeed through implementations, data migrations, data integration, data management and quality control. About the role

As a Data Consultant, you will support DAQUMA’s Life Science and Pharma clients on data-driven initiatives and IT implementations. 

You will:

• Advise on data governance, configuration, and analytics strategy both remotely and on-site with clients 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and workflow 
• Translate business requirements into robust data and configuration solutions 
• Implement and configure IT systems based on client specifications (primarily Veeva Vault) 
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, data mappings and transformations 
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support as needed 
• Conduct training sessions for clients on system usage and best practice 
• Develop ETL pipelines to process, analyse and migrate datasets (primarily using Python) 
• Develop and optimize our internal software, including our migration engine 
• Design forward-looking data engineering and AI solutions to help our clients turn data insights into business value 
• Connect and harmonize data across enterprise systems such as Veeva 

About you

You bring:

• A strong consulting and proactive mindset with a passion for problem solving and delivering impactful solutions 
• Programming skills in Python (other languages are a plus) 
• Experience with data analysis, data cleaning and data modelling 
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL frameworks 
• Strong communication skills 
• The ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams 
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience 
• Hold a relevant degree (science, IT, business etc.) 
  

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: 

• Experience in the Life Science/Pharma industry 
• Experience in another regulated industry 
• Veeva Vault experience or certification 
• Previous consultancy experience 
• Experience in Business Analyst type roles 
• Developing and managing a service
