Configuration Specialist for Life Science & Pharma Industry

Due to strong demand from our clients, we are expanding our team and are looking for a technically minded profile with Veeva experience. In this role, you will work hands-on with system implementation and configuration, directly contributing to critical transformation initiatives for some of the industry’s most complex and regulated environments. 

About the Role

As a Configuration Specialist, you will support DAQUMA’s Life Science and Pharma clients with implementation and configuration of new systems. More specifically you will: 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and workflow. 

• Implement and configure IT systems based on client specifications. 

• Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes. 

• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide technical support as needed. 
• Conduct training sessions for clients on system usage and best practices. 
  

About You 

You bring: 

• Experience with Veeva systems 

• Vault Platform Associate Administrator certification (not required, but a plus) 

• A proactive mindset and a passion for problem solving and delivering impactful solutions 

• Experience in the Life Science industry 

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Great communication skills
